Comments: Help!! My roof is leaking and dripping into my dining room!!!! I called several guys I know that have done some repairs for me in the past and was told I needed a new roof. They suggested I cover the roof with a blue tarp until I could get a new roof installed. Finally, I called Tom. He was there within two hours, made emergency repairs in drizzling rain, stopped the leak and came back later that week and made permanent repairs. Also told me I do not need a new roof now. Tom, I want to thank you and your company for the quick response and professional service work you provided to me. Excellent craftsmanship and wonderful clean-up. Bravo!

Starting with the detailed, low pressure proposal you explained to me all the way through final punch-out, you were very professional and easy to work with. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the final product, including the quality and workmanship. It is amazing how much it has changed the look and feel of our home.
My wife has repeatedly commented on how professional yet approachable and respectful your team was while they were in our house. She was very impressed with how relatively unobtrusive they were while working and most impressed with the way they cleaned up each day before leaving. They were also very punctual and kept us informed along the way of exactly who would be in our home and when. With a house as busy and bustling as ours, this was greatly appreciated.

-when a flood outside delayed our project inside, there was no pressure from you, just support and the assurance that your estimate would be honored when we were able to continue.
- your project proposal was very complete, with each change and expense documented in writing.
-you were not stymied when my house did not have standard size material throughout. While a 'big box' store just told me it couldn't be done, you and Alan did what was necessary to make it happen - and it looks great
- you allowed us to do some of the basic jobs and purchases ourselves, giving us the information needed to stay within project timelines while allowing us to save some money.
