Bathroom Remodeling

Dear Mr. Chevraux:

My wife and I are writing this letter to commend you and your team for their outstanding work that was done on our bathroom.  This bathroom was not only outdated, but needed much upgrading and repairs.  With our ideas in hand, you focused your complete attention to this project, making yourself assessable as well as knowledgeable in the area needed for us regarding our safety.

In addition, after the complete gutting of this room it was discovered that the flooring was severly damaged, which ultimately could have caused serious injury to both of us, as well as our loved ones.

I would highly recommend HandyPro of The Valley to anyone looking to make improvements within their home, and/or business.  Their attention to detail, their concern for their customers, and their professionalism proved to be exemplary.

Carl has completed many projects at my house    and completed my to do list. He is very    professional and I would recommend him to my friends and have done so on many occassions.  I will continue to use HandyPro          for ALL my home repairs.-

Remodeling

We are very pleased with the remodeling job you recently completed at our home. Thank you for your hard work, patience and expertise! I especially appreciate that:

-when a flood outside delayed our project inside, there was no pressure from you, just support and the assurance that your estimate would be honored when we were able to continue.

- your project proposal was very complete, with each change and expense documented in writing.

-you were not stymied when my house did not have standard size material throughout. While a 'big box' store just told me it couldn't be done, you and Alan did what was necessary to make it happen - and it looks great

- you allowed us to do some of the basic jobs and purchases ourselves, giving us the information needed to stay within project timelines while allowing us to save some money.

 - you were very supportive as we worked through the many details of remodeling.  So many things I had never thought about were explained and time given to me for decisions.  

 - after the project completion and payment made, you continued to ask about our satisfaction and offered help.

           Again, thank you and we will definitely keep HandyPro and you in mind when our next project comes to mind.
