Arlyne Patterson called this morning and couldn't say enough great things about Jim and Worthy and their workmanship.  She said they went above and beyond, they are so professional, arrived on time every day, cleaned up every day as they went along, they were very pleasant and she is thrilled and delighted with the huge job that they did.  She felt good with Jim's estimate and his confidence that he could get the job done correctly.  She will be using HandyPro again and will also be writing a review on Angie's List.  Jim Swanson and Worthy Cunningham are THEE BEST technicians!

7/20/11 –   Ms. H. wanted to let us know she is very pleased with the work done by our craftsman.  She was very pleased with the extra effort in working through every little detail and especially in the hot weather.  She really appreciates it.

Remodeling

Dear Keith,

We are very pleased with the remodeling job you recently completed at our home. Thank you for your hard work, patience and expertise! I especially appreciate that:

-when a flood outside delayed our project inside, there was no pressure from you, just support and the assurance that your estimate would be honored when we were able to continue.

- your project proposal was very complete, with each change and expense documented in writing.

-you were not stymied when my house did not have standard size material throughout. While a 'big box' store just told me it couldn't be done, you and Alan did what was necessary to make it happen - and it looks great

- you allowed us to do some of the basic jobs and purchases ourselves, giving us the information needed to stay within project timelines while allowing us to save some money.

 - you were very supportive as we worked through the many details of remodeling.  So many things I had never thought about were explained and time given to me for decisions.  

 - after the project completion and payment made, you continued to ask about our satisfaction and offered help.

           Again, thank you and we will definitely keep HandyPro and you in mind when our next project comes to mind.
