Challenge - Repair front heavy wood commercial entrance door that doesn't close properly. Door is very difficult to close and lock.
Solution - Reposition steel door frame. Weld all 4 top corners (inside and outside). Spot prime weld joints. Fasten frame more securely to wall. Adjust doors as needed to properly open and close.

Challenge - Repair two 5' steps that go down to sunken living room. Treads are cracked and made of hardwood and customer would like to keep them if possible.
Solution - Remove treads, repair and improve framing underneath, repair treads and re-install treads.
